Fee Page Our fee policy is intended to be totally transparent to our customers. This will help to prevent any uncertainty about the costs and fees associated with our services. Property Sales: - Under €100,000 – Flat rate of €3000
- Between €100,001 and €400,000 = 3%
- Between €400,001 and €700,000 = 2.5%
- Between €700,001 and €1,000,000 =2%
- Greater than €1,000,001 = 1.5%
70% of the property sale fee is due at the signing of the preliminary contract, and the remaining 30% is due at the completion of the sale. Property Viewings: - €150/day
This fee will be returned if the trip results in a sale Property Management: - Property Management services are tailored to each customers needs, thus the fees are unique to each customer.
