Our property management package consists of the following:

• Bill payment service for water, electricity, local taxes, etc, or forwarding these bills to you at home.
• Cleaning & Gardening
• Visual inspection of your property and arranging any necessary repairs
• Checks to ensure that appliances, electricity, plumbing, etc, are all functioning properly
• Swimming pool startup, shut down and maintenance
• Fill your initial grocery list, so upon arrival, you are ready to enjoy!

Obviously, all of these services can be tailored to fit your needs, and will be priced accordingly. If there are additional services that you need addressed, which are not listed above, please let us know, and we will do our best to accomodate you.
